We are an AS9100D certified leading manufacturer of electroformed leading-edge guards for helicopter blades, airplane propellers and other military and aerospace applications.
We provide product worldwide for major OEMs such as Sikorsky, Bell Helicopters, GE/Dowty Propellers, Hartzell Propellers and many more.
We produce tens of thousands of leading-edge guards per year and have produced approximately a half a million guards in our 32-year history.

Electroformed Leading Edge Guards For Helicopter Blades And Airplane Propellers
Capabilities include forming up to 12 feet or more in length.
Materials used are straight Nickel or a Nickel-Cobalt alloy. We provide our customers with product from a rough-formed part up through finished FPI’d and primed.
DDTC-registered for ITAR export-controlled data.
